Comments: After 5 visits and a year of searching we met Julie on the web...Job done! We flew over and met Julie. She had a short list of properties which actually met with our requirements (unlike many other agents who don't seem to listen but just show you anything!) and the first property we saw was the dream farmhouse that we'd been looking for. We were then introduced to the owners the next day, met up with a great solicitor in Tarragona and then owned it about 6 weeks later - Brilliant. We knew that we were onto a good thing with the property and Julie when she said "Yes, use a solicitor if you want - No problem"...If any other agents try to convince you that solicitors are a waste of money and shouldn't be used then maybe this is a warning sign! Julie and Merci are honest and hard working and you can trust them. If you do go with them you'll be as happy as we are. Thanks for everything ladies

Comments: Hello everybody, Just a few words to thank Julie and Mercedes for their help and patience with all our questions concerning the finca we bought! We met Julie in the summer and she really listened verry well to our wishes and we spent a whole day looking at different finca's. Back home in Holland, Julie supplied us with loads of information on the finca we preferred and this january we bought it! I really hope we'll stay in contact with Julie and Mercedes, because they are really nice and I suppose they can help us in the time coming ! Comments: We were floundering around Catalonia until we met Julie, who introduced us to the Matarraña. She has the know-how and the personal energy to make things work down here, and was incredibly generous with her time and advice. She's been through the hoops before and lets you know what to anticipate, without getting the problems out of proportion. It's mainly down to Julie that we've decided to buy in the area, and it's good to know that we'll have such a positive, can-do neighbour. Comments: Hallo Spanje liefhebbers, Al eerder lieten wij ons terrecht, erg lovend uit over Julie en Mercedes. Zij waren het, die ons aan een prachtige Finca hielpen. Deze keer, keken wij al enige tijd uit, naar een dorpswoning en hadden dit bij hen kenbaar gemaakt. Toen zij ons mailden en de details opstuurden, was het besluit tot aankoop al snel genomen. Alles bleek al geregeld te zijn, toen wij aankwamen en de ontvangst was ook deze keer, aller hartelijkst. Een geweldig koppel deze twee dames. Comments: Julie & Mercedes offer a very professional and helpful service. We stayed in Spain for 2 weeks, to find our finca. Nothing is too much trouble for them, they assisted us with applying for NIE numbers so that we could buy our property. They introduced us to the local Mayor, and found us an English speaking Architect to design the house, and also found us a registered Spanish construction company. We would recommend their service to anyone. They are very knowledgable about the local area, and if there is something they dont know, they quickly found the answers for us. The properties advertised with them, are generally cheaper than local estate agents, and we are completely satisfied with everything they have done for us. See you soon girls, when we come back to start the building of the house, and again thank you so much for all that you have done for us, we have every confidence in you.

Comments: The service that Julie & Mercedes offer is second to none. We bought a finca through them 1 year ago. The support and advice that they have given us, before, during and after the sale has been invaluable. The service is above and beyond anything you would expect – big or small nothing is too much trouble for them. They obviously share a passion for the area which comes across in the quality of the service they offer. We had never met ‘estate agents’ who were genuine before (and we had met some really dodgy ones in our quest!). It is a refreshing and friendly service. Comments: Julie & Mercedes are two gems - they found us our dream finca after just 4 days of driving around the area. Their patience never lapsed and we are delighted with our little piece of Spain. They helped us with local contacts including dealing with the notary. A real bonus as we do not yet speak Spanish! They don't just say bye bye when its over but have helped us with numerous things, even finding a hotel for us to stay in on our second visit. When we got lost trying to find it, after a night at Stansted with no sleep, we phoned Julie in desperation. She phoned the hotel and got the proprietor to drive out and lead us in! Comments: This is the first time I have ever been in a position to recommend people whom I have never met. Trying to buy property in Spain when one is literally the other side of the world in the Philippines and unable to make a visit to view is some undertaking! No stranger to Spain , and after various fruitless visits and downright dodgy agents, it has been a total delight to have found Julie. She has been totally supportive and helpful in every way - especially in patience when most agents simply considered I was not a serious buyer and couldn't be bothered to reply. She and Mercedes continue to be on hand during the current purchase process, and there has never been any question of 'talking up' a property to get a sale.. in fact the reverse is more true , that they were so concerned I might misunderstand what I was buying and were very factual about a property's shortcomings. Whilst this remains an ongoing process for the time being, I can say I wrote to her some time ago that I would be most happy if it were to be 'her' sale… and I am delighted it was. I have total confidence in recommending them to anyone in the certain knowledge that whatever problem might be encountered, they would be entirely supposrtive and helpful regarding a solution. Many thanks ladies, and it will bemuch as my pleasure to meet in person as it will to achieve the Completion.

Comments: When we were thinking of buying a property in Spain, we didn’t know really where to start and were concerned over rogue estate agents and getting stung. After lots of internet searching we came across Libercasa and a few fincas that caught our eye. We emailed and got an immediate response from Julie. The content of her emails were always informative, friendly and encouraging. She was very good in helping us to narrow down our list of 50 to about 10! Her judgement is objective and the list of properties she provided for us and spot on. 4 weeks later we went to meet Julie and Merci and after a 3 day stay, were back of the plane having found our finca. Over the next 6 weeks Julie and Merci worked very hard on our behalf, making sure we were doing our bit and all the paperwork was in order. There was always an answer to our many, many questions and if they didn’t know the answer, they made every effort to find one.

Comments: Spanje liefhebbers, Hier onder, onze ervaring met Julie en Mercedes. Toen wij hadden besloten om ons in Catalonië te gaan vestigen, kregen wij via het internet, een tip, om eens met Julie en Mercedes kontakt op te nemen. Hier hebben we tot op de dag van vandaag, geen seconde spijt van gehad. Niets was Julie te veel. Ze stond er op, haar selectie, ( welke zij maakte, aan de hand van onze wensen) volledig te laten zien. Dit om ons, een zo goed en volledig mogelijk beeld te geven, wat er binnen ons budget mogelijk was. Tevens, gaf ze heel duidelijk en eerlijk aan, wat de voor en nadelen waren, van de Finca's, welke we samen met haar bekeken. Op deze wijze, zijn we erin geslaagd, een prachtige Finca, (welke het meest aan onze wensen voldeed) te kopen. Toen éénmaal onze beslissing was genomen, hebben zij alles, tot in de kleinste details uit laten zoeken. Comments: Spanje liefhebbers 2, Vervolg van bovenstaande treat, Aannemer, tekeningen, adviezen en vergunningen werden door hen, daarna als nog kosteloos geregeld. Voor ons was dit allemaal erg kostbaar geweest, om ter plaatse elke keer weer, deze zaken te komen regelen. Comments: Hello property hunters - I wanted to share the experience of my trip to aragon and the very high standard of service offered by Julie and Mercedes. Julie answered my initial email enquiry within a matter of hours providing me with open and honest answers to my questions and offering loads of other relevant information besides. Within a fortnight I was off to aragon where I stayed in accodmodation arranged by Julie - completely stress free. The following day I met up with Julie and we drove around viewing about 6 fincas in total. What impressed me was Julie's knowledge of the area, her very helpful advice about what you need to do in order to be in a position to buy (insurance numbers, bank accounts etc), of what is and isn't possible if you buy to reform in aragon - and of course her honest and open approach. Julie also introduced me to some of her local Spanish friends as well as to some people that have bought and that are now developing their fincas.

Comments: i'll be brief,cos this is all you need to know. these two women, julie and mercedes, have a seemingly boundless energy to get you where you want to be. their knowledge of all the impending pitfalls is a resource you'll not put your hands on so easily any where else. by far the best thing about them, and you'll witness this personally at first sight, is their unswerving honesty. from the minute you start talking to them you can count in the thousands of euros how much money you're not throwing away to the sharks by simply listening to their long learned advice. it's all true and i have nothing but admiration for the pair of them. can you think of a single estate agent anywhere in the world who would get that sort of feedback? good luck, paddy.

Comments: In Spain there are many people who want to sell properties to anyone who has a little money. Most of these people are gone at the moment that problems appear. Julie and Mercedes are not like that. They helped me with the problems that I had with a property that I bought from somebody else. That made me trust them a lot, so much that I bought one of the most beautiful fincas in Aragon with their help. Also now, if there is any problem I can phone or email them and they will help me or give me the best of advise they can. Thanks for all and see you soon.
